If you need support you don't need drama
I've helped organisations plan in times of growth
and provided crisis support when they were, ahem,
in a bit of a pickle.
I've found it helps to be calm. No drama. Then, together, we've worked out what matters, what the priorities are, what needs to happen.
I started litotic as a way of carrying on that work. I've got quite a few skills, and over 25 years I've worked with some amazing people. If there's things that i know someone else could do better, I'll put you in touch with them.

I've been trusted to be that person for 25 years in the voluntary sector; working with CEOs, Boards of Trustees, management teams and other stakeholders.
There have been a lot of changes, a lot of challenges, many opportunities and quite a few crises. There's also been passion, determination, creativity, and real impact. That's why working with charity leaders is a joy.
The organisations I've helped have improved governance, developed and reviewed strategy, managed restructures, wrote successful bids, and reviewed and improved their own quality. I've improved decision making, mediated disputes and strengthened boards. I've helped influence legislation, developed consensus with diverse stakeholders and overseen critical communications moments.
